Meet Dr. Suleiman
Dr. Ayman Suleiman is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Northville, Michigan local, dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized primary care with a focus on prevention, long-term wellness, and strong physician-patient relationships.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University, received his medical degree from Medical University of the Americas, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. Dr. Suleiman has extensive experience caring for patients in the ICU, long-term acute care, and nursing homes, including older adults and patients with complex medical conditions, with a special interest in preventive care, chronic disease management, medication optimization, and healthy aging — including helping patients avoid unnecessary tests and treatments whenever appropriate.
At TheMDClinic, his approach emphasizes listening carefully, creating realistic long-term health plans, and helping patients feel more informed and confident in their healthcare decisions. He works closely with patients on preventive screenings, lifestyle improvement, smoking cessation, medication optimization, and coordinated care with specialists and regional healthcare systems when needed.
